Charges: Complimentary delivery across India.

Processing: Orders dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Delivery: Arrives in 3–7 business days based on location.

Tracking: Updates sent via email/SMS after dispatch.

Delays: We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, address errors, or unforeseen events.

Lost/Damaged: Report within 7 days of receipt to support@jewellery-crunchyfashions.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Window: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Must be unworn and include original tags.

Eligibility:

• Exchanges for size or style.
• Refunds to original payment method or store credit.
• Full replacement for defective or incorrect items.

No Returns: Items marked No Return/Exchange unless faulty.

Reverse Pickup: Available in most areas. Otherwise, self-ship—return courier fee reimbursed up to ₹200.

Refunds

Processing: Issued within 1 business day after return is received.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method or as store credit.

COD Orders: Refunded as store credit only.
