Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Light Weight Gold Jewellery, we value your satisfaction and aim to make returns and cancellations simple and clear.
Return Policy You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are incorrect, damaged, or unsuitable. Please email us at info@lightweightgoldjewellery.com or contact us via WhatsApp within this period, stating your reason for return. Ensure that returned items include original packaging, tags, and the invoice, and are securely packed to arrive in original condition. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we can arrange a return pick-up. For other reasons, please send packages to: Light Weight Gold Jewellery, [Full Address], West Bengal, India.
Notify us via email with your order ID, waybill number, and courier details once shipped. Refund updates will be provided within 15 working days after the item reaches our warehouse.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us through email or phone. Once shipped, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
Custom Orders Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds Refunds are processed after quality checks and issued as store credit with unlimited validity. Items not in sellable condition will be returned to the sender with no refund.
Return Shipping We arrange pick-ups only for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, please ship to our address. If we schedule a pick-up, INR 80 per order will be deducted from your refund.
